Agreed. There are some great guest appearances. But as soon as a woman threatens the status qou of the brothers she dies in a horrible way, usually by the hand of the brothers.

Exactly. I just can’t get into a show like that. I get that it’s all about the bond between the two of them, but I don’t know why it’s necessary for them to off every woman that is slightly relevant for one of the brothers.

I think I just realized why I was never able to keep watching Supernatural (and some other shows). I need women in my shows, and there’s none in Supernatural that last long enough for me to stick around. At least not in season 1, which is the one I stopped watching.
